To register and use by999.club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. by999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporate entity, unless explicitly authorised by by999 in writing.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gaming under the laws applicable to your location before registering.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion from by999 or any other platform with which by999 shares exclusion lists.
• You are acting in your own name and are not acting on behalf of or as an agent for a third party.

by999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on by999.club. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. by999 may require identity verification ("KYC") at any stage, including but not limited to: submission of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your by999 username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Immediately notifying by999 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

by999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights thereto to any other person.

All financial transactions on by999.club are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. by999 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. by999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

by999 does not accept deposits made via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the cashier. Attempted deposits via non-supported methods will be declined.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. by999 may request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

by999 reserves the right to apply a standard processing period for withdrawals and to conduct additional due diligence checks prior to releasing funds. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Funds that are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity may be voided and will not be released.

From time to time, by999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all Promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user unless otherwise stated.

by999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, where by999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A user is under the age of 18.
• A user has provided false identity or payment information.
• A user's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. by999 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected user where it is not precluded from doing so by legal obligations.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting by999 support. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy, provided no violations are pending.

All content on by999.club — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and interface elements — is the property of by999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use by999.club for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, scrape, or commercialise any content from by999.club without prior written authorisation from by999.

by999 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to secure your account credentials, or as a result of your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
